\nInstall OpenOffice.org
\nv2.0.3<\/span> or any other version.<\/span>
\n2.
\nNavigate to C: \\ Program Files \\ OpenOffice.org \\ Programs folder in
\nthe command prompt .<\/span>
\n3.
\nrun the following command:<\/span>
\nsoffice-headless-accept
\n= “socket, host = 127.0.0.1, port = 8100, URP,”-nofirststartwizard.<\/span>
\n4.
\nThen Restart<\/span>
\n
\nIf
\nyour Linux Operating System follow these steps:<\/span>
\n1.
\nInstall Package v2.0.3 OpenOffice or any other version.<\/span>
\n2.
\nRun the following command from the Command Prompt: cd \/ usr \/ lib \/
\nLibreOffice \/ program \u200b\u200b.<\/span>
\n3.
\nsudo . \/ soffice – headless – accept = “socket, host = 127.0.0.1, port
\n= 8100; URP;” – nofirststartwizard.<\/span>
\n4.
\nThen Restart<\/span>
\n
\nEnable
\nOpenOffice in Liferay<\/a>:<\/span>
\n1.
\nLog in as Administrator
\nPortal.<\/span><\/span>
\n2.
\nNavigate to ControlPanel -> Administration Server.<\/span>
\n3.
\nOn the menu tabs select External Service.<\/span>
\n4.
\nTo activate the check box on OpenOffice<\/span>
\nenable openoffice.<\/span>
\n5.
\nIf you want to change the port you can change it.<\/span>
\n6.
\nThen Save Settings.<\/span>
\n
\nImplement
\nthe functionality in Open Office web content portlet:<\/span>
\n1.
\nNow you add a portlet in the portal Web Content Display in one page.<\/span>
\n2.
\nThen navigate to your portlet configuration page.<\/span>
\n3.
\nSelect Add Web
\nContent <\/span>and write the Title and content of information
\nthat will be created,<\/span>
\n4.
\nClick Publish.<\/span>
\n5.
\nIt will appear articel that have been made \u200b\u200bearlier.<\/span>
\n6.
\nOn the Web Content Display portlet<\/span>
\nNavigate
\nto Settings \/ Options -> select Configuration<\/span>
\nBelow
\nEnable Conversion To we check box PDF, DOC, TXT, ODT, RTF.<\/span>

\nThen save.<\/span>
