\nMulti-File zip file processing and quick sharing<\/span>
\nThis
\nfeature will help the user use \u201cshare<\/span>\u201d
\ncommand and sharing their file which are being preview. In this
\nprocess, this feature will create a short link to sharing files
\nautomatically. The users are also used multiple selection of their file
\nto process downloading. This process also supported by single zipped
\npackage.<\/span>
\n
\n2.
\nEnhancing in Share Dashlets<\/span>
\nSome
\nnew features in this facility are improvement in liquid layouts which
\nare more attractive, illustration of selection file address in image
\nsubcategory, and improvement in lightbox facility layout.<\/span>

\nNew Dashlets Tasks:<\/span>

\nnew task in dashlets \u201cfilter all\u201d previously, now in Alfresco 4.2a,
\nthis tasks is dived into two categories, \u201cactive\u201d and \u201ccompleted\u201d
\ncategory. Additional task is adding the number of page.<\/span>

\nthe content:<\/span>
\nInstead
\nof filtering task, there is dashlet conversion feature. These features
\nwill split loading process, in order to increase displaying speed of
\ndashboard initial process.<\/span>

\nBetter integration to google docs<\/span>
\nNow
\nthe user in Alfresco 4.2a are able to create and edit their google docs
\ndocument in google docs service, easier and better integrated. The user
\nwill used directly this system in real time and user activity in google
\ndocs will be recorded.<\/span>
\n
\n4.
\nSpringsurf 1.2<\/span><\/span>
\nThis
\nfeature will help the user clearing their internet cache. The user no
\nneeds to clear their recorded activity after they have internet
\nbrowsing (using \u201cclear internet cache\u201d). Alfresco 4.2a users directly
\nget this feature when they have installed this new Alfresco edition.
\nTherefore, the user no needs to busy clearing internet temporary cache
\nregularly.<\/span>
\n
\nIn
\naddition, this feature is also help the user saving their drive
\nresources more capacity in their hardware. Some files are recorded as
\ntemporary files in their hardware when they perform browsing the
\ninternet, a great way of saving resources reducing.<\/span>

\nFurthermore,
\nhaving RemoteClient feature configuration, some complete configuration
\nare able to perform. Some of these complete configurations are:
\ntimeouts, buffer sizes, setting on http proxy, tcp configuration,
\nsetting on white\/black list of unsecure HTML when editing wiki page,
\nand inline preview of html. <\/span><\/span>

\nThe new dashboard dashlets<\/span>

\nsearching:<\/span>
\nThis
\nsite searching feature of dashlets allows the user to find fts-Alfersco
\nsearch and directly can see a previewing page in the result of site
\nsearching. The users are also able to configure previewing only related
\nsites. The picture below is a preview of the result site searching

\norganizing. Therefore, fts-alfresco search syntax is fully supported
\nthe user, especially to site manager. Dashlets title is also changed
\ninto specific title from control panel, and then the user will easily
\nrecognize what dashlet is reporting on.<\/span>

\nfeature for document library, such as multi file selection, uploading
\nprocess by drag and drop technique, and also additional new feature,
\nwhich is setting on document size view directly, thus the view is
\ndynamically view, especially in image size changing view in document
